SG Co., Ltd., a company specializing in Ascon, said it has entered the national Ascon market through a lease contract for "Geum-gwang Special Ascon" located in Anseong, Gyeonggi-do, since the 1st.

With this contract, SG will directly operate the Geumgwang Special Ascon located in Geumgwang-myeon, Anseong-si, Gyeonggi-do for five years from February 1, 2022 to January 31, 2027, and is expected to play a strategic role in the southern part of Gyeonggi Province.

SG signed a contract to acquire Dae-myung Ascon located in Sejong Special Self-Governing City in January to expand its Ascon business area with the aim of "Korea's Only Ascon Company," a new management strategy, in 2022.

An SG official said, "We plan to continue to expand sales of Ascon in the Seoul metropolitan area by acquiring Daemyung Ascon and directly operating gold mine special Ascon, and we will be able to expect the commercialization of our new premium product EcoSteel Ascon." In addition, he added, "Since the grace period for installing eco-friendly facilities ended on December 31, 2021, we will supply eco-friendly facilities EGR+ to domestic Ascon factories in earnest from this year."
